DEVELOP
a partnerships strategy to increase Marcy’s placement figures in support of its mission to provide paths to economic mobility for historically underestimated young adults.
BUILD
and develop a partnerships team capable of scale to achieve ambitious goals.
COLLABORATE
with team leaders to ensure the end-to-end experience for fellows and alumni remains impactful and results in career placements.
PARTNER
with key stakeholders and organizations to scale organizational impact and increase awareness and opportunity.

Salary range: $200,000 - $225,000 plus benefits
