The Role
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
SERVE
as the Integrator for the team, translating the 10-year vision and growth strategy into an operational plan.
MOTIVATE
lead, and manage the team through layers, developing and supporting a strong organizational culture of feedback and consistent communication.
LEAD
and manage all internal functions, overseeing the Finance, Sales, and Marketing/Messaging functions.
